About to jump, Brazil
When designing online experiences and considering the processes, interfaces and nuances your community is familiar with, expand your thinking to offline environments. Often we learn of the user’s strongest desires from their offline activity, and it’s these aspirations that should be directing online design. The goal here is to create a ubiquitous experience with no clear boundary between real and virtual worlds. Designing for a community of hang glider pilots? Thrill them every time they come to your online space. They want to be thrilled every time they jump, so give them the same reward online. Give the users what they want, not just what they need.
