Hardcore Hygiene

Throughout a chilly Canadian winter, a Kiwi skier personified the work hard, play hard, party hard ideal. Calling the Rocky Mountains home for the season, he’d ski harder and faster than the rest and would at times arrive home from partying at around 5.55am before being up at 6.00am for work. Seriously. He’d have 5 minutes of sleep, because he liked to rise at 6.00am. If he stayed up he’d be breaking his routine. Life is about stories. Stories involve characters. Experience design is never forgetting the hygiene factors some characters need to be comfortable, no matter how hardcore they are, and thrilling them in other ways.
