Wireframing With Fireworks CS3

Fireworks CS3 rocks for user experience design, largely due to the addition of a common library inclusive of Flex elements. So, along with the standard HTML prototypes, wireframes can be hacked up in Flex Builder to feed XML into Flex elements, creating a full interactive prototype. Seriously awesome, and yet another sign that interaction design is the increasing focus of a experience designer’s role. While we’re on the topic, FastCompany recently listed ‘Interaction Designer’ amongst the 10 creative, challenging, and highly rewarding dream jobs. I’ll second that one.

Very cool. I’m a big fan of both Fireworks and Flex … do you know any good examples of using FW for wireframing/prototyping like this?

Thanks,

Steve
