I’m living next to one of the world’s most famous beaches. Bars are filled with sunburnt backpackers in search of sunshine and good times, running from the winters of home. Our balcony is known amongst friends as the place for beers at sunset. The weather is close to perfect. Why am I leaving my home in Bondi (Sydney), Australia?
I’ve written before about the benefits of web working and how agencies, studios and clients can benefit by using nomadic web workers in place of the usual talent pool. Web workers are typically on personal journeys of discovery and inspiration, and the magical thing about this whole remote working thing is that we can take our clients with us on the journey and let them share in the benefits of our discoveries. We’re happy, motivated, energised and endlessly inspired… and so our work shines. That delivers stellar results to our clients and makes them happy. Everyone’s in a better place. It’s that simple.
I’m setting off on a journey to learn, connect, find inspiration, discover perspective, create the best work I’ve ever produced… and to do good things, whatever they are. See you out there some place, some time.

“…create the best work I’ve ever produced…” Now that will be some damn hot work Andy, given the stuff you produce now.
I look forward to following the trip and seeing the output. A great time awaits, Andy. It’s all ahead.
You have to travel to increase the range of your perspective, to broaden your mind. As Seneca puts it, ” Travel and change of place impart new vigor to the mind.”
Well, I surely do hope you enjoy and succeed in your endeavors. Though I love to travel, I never mix vacation and work together. Work is for Office and Vacation is anything and everything after that.
One does hope your travelling improves your world view and extends your vision further.
